Position Details
As the Regional Security Sales Manager, you will be the growth catalyst for Radius — driving revenue, expanding market share, and capturing new opportunities in potential verticals. Leveraging your sales knowledge and competitive insight, you will create and execute strategies that open doors, close deals, and strengthen our position as Texas’ leader in exterior security solutions.
You will take ownership of building lasting client relationships, delivering tailored proposals that solve real security challenges, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from first contact to long-term partnership. You will work closely with our Director of Radius USA to lead and support our Texas Sales Team, overseeing their day-to-day performance, providing guidance, and offering mentorship to help them excel.

Job Description
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and mentor the Sales Team to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support professional development through training and mentorship.
- Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring consistent prospecting, follow-up, and closing efforts.
Lead Generation & Sales Outreach
- Proactively generate leads through daily cold calling, outreach efforts, and by nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and facilitate appointments, including organizing and conducting Lunch & Learn sessions to educate and engage potential clients.
Client Needs Assessment & Solutions Design
- Prepare detailed quotes and estimates, conduct thorough site surveys with video documentation, and design customized security solutions tailored to client needs.
Sales Pipeline Management
- Maintain and manage deals in HubSpot, ensuring accurate, real-time updates to support an efficient and transparent sales pipeline.
Account Management & Retention
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction follow-ups, generate referrals, and coordinate camera system enhancements or add-ons.
Networking & Market Presence
- Represent Radius at trade shows, association events, law enforcement recognition meetings, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and cultivate professional relationships.
Performance & Accountability
- Partner with the Director of USA to evaluate team performance, ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and drive accountability for achieving organizational goals and upholding company standards.
Other Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with the operations team through regular communication, actively providing and seeking constructive feedback, and consistently demonstrating appreciation for their contributions.
