



Business Systems Integrator
The Business Systems Integrator manages, secures, supports, and improves our SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and business applications.
Position Details
The Business Systems Integrator is responsible for designing, administering, integrating, securing, supporting, and continuously improving TRG's SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and business application environment. The role's primary focus is SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, including the company intranet, department sites, information architecture, permissions, platform administration, adoption, and end-user training. The role also administers and supports ERP, HubSpot, internal applications, and system integrations, working directly with business stakeholders to understand needs, workflows, and pain points and translate them into practical, supportable technology solutions. In addition, the Integrator supports cybersecurity, identity, and access controls across Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint and data protection, security monitoring, vulnerability follow-up, and cybersecurity awareness. Strong documentation and governance are expected across all supported platforms. The position reports to the IT Manager, has no direct reports, works closely with business users, development resources, vendors/MSPs, and security partners, and may participate in after-hours support for urgent cybersecurity or critical system issues.
Compensation: Starting at $90,000 annually, depending on experience.

Job Description
SharePoint & Microsoft 365 (40%)
- Design, configure, publish, and maintain the company intranet and department SharePoint sites, including information architecture, hub/site structure, pages, navigation, web parts, libraries, lists, metadata, views, search, and content lifecycle standards.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Teams, groups, licensing, user provisioning, selected Exchange Online settings, SharePoint permissions, service health, and platform administration.
- Coordinate SharePoint migrations, testing, launches, ownership, governance, access, adoption, support, and optimization.
- Deliver end-user/owner training, user guides, adoption support, and knowledge transfer.
Systems, Applications, Integration & Process Improvement (30%)
- Administer and support ERP, HubSpot, internal applications, and assigned business systems, including configuration, access, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and issue resolution.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand system needs, workflows, priorities, outcomes, acceptance criteria, data/security considerations, dependencies, and support requirements, translating them into practical technology and process improvements.
- Coordinate integrations, data flows, vendors/developers, testing, and automation using Power Automate, PowerShell, APIs, or other tools.
- Coordinate UAT, business validation, release readiness, communications, training, rollout, post-production support, feedback, defects, and corrective actions.
Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Control (20%)
- Support security controls across Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, identity risk, privileged roles, guest/external access, Intune, Microsoft Defender, Purview/DLP, and related Microsoft 365 capabilities.
- Perform first-line security monitoring, alert review, triage, investigation, incident support/escalation, hardening, and follow-up using established playbooks and change controls.
- Support vulnerability remediation, access reviews, Zero Trust initiatives, cybersecurity roadmap activities, risk/gap tracking, and coordination with vendors, MSPs, and security partners.
- Deliver cybersecurity awareness and end-user training, including phishing awareness, secure practices, policy education, communications, and risk reporting.
Documentation & Governance (10%)
- Maintain system/site inventories, ownership and permission records, configuration notes, change records, SOPs, runbooks, support procedures, decision logs, architecture documentation, and handover materials.
- Maintain governance standards for SharePoint, Microsoft 365, business applications, integrations, cybersecurity, and identity/access, covering ownership, access, sharing, change, privacy, records, security, and support.
- Ensure major changes and exceptions have appropriate approvals, testing, documentation, support ownership, handover, and escalation before closure.
- Conduct governance reviews, identify gaps or outdated records, and track corrective actions with owners, priorities, and target dates.
Requirements
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Post-secondary education in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Business Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.
- Approximately 4-6 years of relevant hands-on experience across SharePoint/Microsoft 365 administration, business application support, systems integration, process improvement, or a comparable business systems role, with practical exposure to identity and cybersecurity operations.
- Strong hands-on experience designing, building, administering, and supporting modern SharePoint Online sites or intranets, including pages, navigation, web parts, libraries/lists, metadata, search, content migration, permissions, ownership, governance, and end-user adoption.
- Working experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, groups/licensing, user provisioning, SharePoint administration, selected Exchange Online settings, service health, and end-user support/training.
- Experience administering or supporting ERP, CRM/HubSpot, internal applications, SaaS tools, vendors, integrations/data flows, testing, releases, troubleshooting, requirements gathering, workflow analysis, process improvement, and UAT.
- Practical working knowledge of cybersecurity, identity, and access controls such as Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, Intune security/device compliance, Purview/DLP, identity risk, privileged access, security alerts, vulnerability remediation, incident support, or security hardening.
- Strong written and verbal communication, end-user training, documentation, organization, troubleshooting, ownership, and ability to manage multiple priorities; willingness to participate in after-hours support for urgent cybersecurity or critical system issues when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, identity, security, or related certifications, or equivalent practical experience, are assets rather than mandatory requirements.
- Experience with Power Automate; Power Apps, PowerShell, API/REST integration, or other approved automation and integration tools is an asset.
- Experience designing or supporting a company intranet or multi-department SharePoint rollout, including content-owner training, adoption, permissions, and governance.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and event management/monitoring systems such as Sedona Office, HubSpot, PandaDoc, Immix, Manitou, or similar business applications.
- Exposure to Microsoft Defender, Intune, Purview/DLP, Fortinet, SIEM/log monitoring, vulnerability-management tools, cybersecurity awareness platforms, incident-response processes, or security vendor/MSP coordination.
